International Online Gift Hampers Delivery Policy

Overseas Deliveries

  

We deliver to most International destinations. Please contact one of our friendly staff for a delivery quote on 1300 828 348. We are now able to deliver to Post Office Boxes & GPO Boxes. Normal Australia Post delivery service standards apply.

Couriers attempt to deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday ONLY. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel shall be signed by reception or the mail room.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspell delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge may be incurred.

Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time (eg 4.00pm).

If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which may incur an extra charge.

If the delivery address is a hospital and the recipient is discharged before delivery is made the recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which will incur an extra charge.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Muma’s Boxes if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If instructed, we will leave the hamper with a neighbor or alternatively leave it in a safe place.

A re-delivery fee may be charged if an incorrect delivery address is given, a recipient is not available or if there is no safe place to leave the gift box. If instructed we will leave the gift box with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Mumas Boxes are not responsible for the Gift Delivery Sydney. Mumas Boxes use reputable contract couriers, Fast-way and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
